Luna and Co Designs are proud to be able to offer a kid friendly workshop featuring Resin and Polymer clay. This is a hands on 4 week course where students will:

  • Use and experiment with different materials, techniques, technologies and processes to make artworks ACAVAM107
  • Use materials, techniques and processes to explore visual conventions when making artworks ACAVAM111

Over the 4 weeks students will learn about colour and design, and how to work with and use Resin and Polymer Clay.

What: Week 1 includes students choosing a mold, be it stationary, jewellery, or homewares. From here they will sketch different designs and choose the colours they will be working with - essentially creating their vision board. Week 2 will consist of working with polymer clay, where hands on creativity will take place. Week 3 is resin pouring, and week 4 will be finishing off the creations using sandpaper, glue and jewellery components.

All students will take home their creations at the end of the 4 weeks + a kit containing tools and watercolour paints so they can continue on their creative journey after the course.

Where and When:

  • Point Clare Public School - every Thursday starting week 2, term 4 (24th October).

Please note for Point Clare Public School: Please meet at the art room, please also use the bathroom before arriving as there will be no access once class starts. Class will commence at 3:10 and finish by 3:55

We are approved Creative kids providers therefore you are able to claim $100 back from the government.
